THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the 1st day of October, 2018, by and between United Scenic Artists, Local USA 829, I.A.T.S.E. and M.P.T.A.A.C. of the United States and Canada (hereinafter referred to as “Local USA 829” or the “Union”), on the one hand, and the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (hereinafter “AMPTP”), on behalf of those Producers listed on Exhibit “1” attached hereto (each hereinafter respectively referred to as “the Employer”), on the other hand.
