This DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ( “Agreement”), dated as of this day of , 2017, is made by and between K&R Holdings, LLC, (“Developer”), and Clean Water Services an Oregon municipal corporation (“CWS”). Developer and CWS may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
