This Development Agreement (“Agreement”) is dated March 16, 2020 and is made by and between the City of Winooski, a Vermont municipality (the “City”) and Nedde Real Estate LLC, a Vermont limited liability company with a place of business in Burlington, Vermont (the “Developer”). Each is referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
