This Economic Development Incentive Agreement (the “Incentive Agreement”) is made and entered into this _ day of , 2024, (the “Effective Date”) by and between the CITY OF ORLANDO COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, an entity created pursuant to Part III of Chapter 163, Florida Statutes (“CRA”), the CITY OF ORLANDO, a municipality duly enacted under the laws of the State of Florida, (“City”), and SED DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“SED”).
