This is an Agency Agreement (the “Agreement”) between Bolt Hole Retreats Limited (“BR” or “We”), company number 10087754, whose registered office is at 7 Lansdown Parade, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire GL50 2LH and Ms Stella Barnes (“Owner” or “You”), in relation to the marketing of your property known as Cyder Press Farm, details of which are set out on page 3 (the “Property”).
