EXHIBIT L MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT This MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of June 19, 2006, is entered into by and between SMART HYDROGEN INC., a BVI Business Company incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands (the “Company”), and CIATA TRADING LIMITED, a company organized under the laws of the British Virgin Islands (the “Manager”), each of which is sometimes referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the Parties”).
