(“LightEdge”) shall supply all Managed Services to Customer. The Master Agreement entered into between LightEdge and Customer fully incorporates the terms herein and provides that this Service Level Agreement, and Customer’s execution of the Master Agreement constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated herein. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Master Agreement.
