This Agreement is entered into on this 24th day of March 2011, by and between the Board of Education Non -Teaching Employees (BENTE) Union Local 2419, affiliated with New York Council 66 of the American, Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL- CIO (hereinafter referred to as the Union) and the Board of education of the City School District of Rochester, New York (hereinafter referred to as the Board). The provisions of this Agreement shall be effective July 1, 2011, and continue and extend through June 30, 2014.
