THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by the Village of Thiensville, Wisconsin, hereinafter referred to as the "Village" and the Thiensville Professional Police Association, hereinafter referred to as the "Association," pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 111.70, and subject to the sections of the Wisconsin Statutes as may be pertinent hereto.
