The purpose of this Agreement is to provide constructive industrial relations between the Employer and its employees covered by this Agreement and to secure prompt disposition of grievances, to secure the efficient operation of the Employer's business without interruption or interference with work, and to provide fair and equitable wages, hours of work and working conditions for the employees. It is recognized by this Agreement to be the desire of the Employer and the Union to co-operate fully for the advancement of these objectives.
