FIELD EDUCATION LEARNING CONTRACT Form #700 The following materials are to assist you in the completion of the personal Field Education Learning Contract. The following are the suggested guidelines which your contract should follow. The contract is the basis for the semester's evaluation. Therefore, you should review carefully the Undergraduate Field Manual for suggestions regarding goal development. The contract is a three-party agreement among the student, the agency field instructor, and the seminar instructor. All contracts must be typed and signed by all three parties. Signed contracts should be turned in to your seminar instructor who will review them and forward them to the Director of Field Education.
