This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which the Team Member has been confirmed as a member of the 2011 Western Canada Summer Games Team. The Team Member understands that his/her nomination to the Team by his/her PSO and continued participation as a Team Member is conditional upon entering into this Agreement and observing and complying with the terms and conditions herein.
