In accordance with Appendix I, Section V, of the UIIA, all participants are hereby noticed of a proposed modification to the Participating Party signature page, Section E.1. Equipment Use and Section G.1. Entire Agreement of the UIIA that was unanimously approved by the Intermodal Interchange Executive Committee (IIEC) at its April 30, 2014 meeting. The proposed modification restates the current references to bilateral agreement as “bilateral equipment interchange agreements” to clarify which types of bilateral agreements are referenced under the UIIA.
