This Development Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into as of this day of , by and between the City of Desert Hot Springs, a California municipal corporation (“City”), and Edy P. Adkison and Judith Elizabeth Adkison, trustees of the Adkison Family Revocable Living Trust, and Martha Ruiz-Snell (a.k.a., Martha Martell) (collectively, “Owner”), pursuant to the authority of Sections 65864 et seq. of the California Government Code and Chapter 1784 of the Desert Hot Springs Municipal Code. The City and Owner may, from time to time, be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or together as the “Parties”.
