In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Langley Research Center, located at Langley Research Center, Hampton, VA 23681 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA LaRC") and Ramboll US Consulting, Inc. located at 4350 North Fairfax Drive, Suite 300, Arlington, VA 22203-1619 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "Ramboll"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
