In addition, this document describes the Service Credits that CUSTOMER may be eligible to in case 3W INFRA does not meet the performance metrics set forth herein. This document together with the documents and policies made available on the following website: http://www.3winfra.com are also part of the Agreement and apply to the Services and any Equipment provided by 3W INFRA.
