In this agreement, the term “Exhibitor” means all employees and/or subcontractors of employees and the “Exhibition” means the HAC 2016 Convention and Trade Show taking place at the Edmonton Shaw Conference Centre and the Westin Edmonton Hotel, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, November 11 – 13, 2016. “HAC” means Helicopter Association of Canada, its employees and contractors.
