Pursuant to RCW 41.56, this Agreement is between the CITY OF BOTHELL (hereinafter called the City or Employer) and LOCAL NO. 2099, INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FIREFIGHTERS (hereinafter called the Association or Union) for the purpose of setting forth the mutual understanding of the parties regarding wages, hours and working conditions of employment of those employees for whom the City has recognized the Association as the exclusive collective bargaining representative.
