THIS CABLE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT (the “Franchise” or “Agreement”) is entered into on this day , 2009 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the CITY OF PITTSBURGH, a validly organized and existing political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (the “Local Franchising Authority” or the “City”), and VERIZON PENNSYLVANIA INC., a corporation duly organized under the applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (the “Franchisee”).
