THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this 20th day of May 2010, by and between TOWNSHIP OF WANTAGE, a municipal corporation of the State of New Jersey, with its principal place of business at 888 State Route 23, Township of Wantage, County of Sussex and State of New Jersey (hereinafter referred to as the "Township"), and UNITED PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYEES UNION (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”), with its principal place of business 3555 Veterans Highway, suite H, Ronkonkoma, New York. The Union is the duly elected representative of all regularly employed non-supervisory white-collar employees employed by the Township of Wantage (hereinafter referred to as the "Employees"). This Agreement represents the complete and final understanding on all bargainable issues between the Township and the Union.
