This Public Private Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered by and between Cascade Medical Transport of Oregon, an Oregon Corporation (“CMTO”) and The La Pine Rural Fire Protection District, an Oregon governmental special district organized under ORS 478 (“District”) with resect to the laws of Oregon and the Deschutes County Ambulance Service Area franchises (“ASA”) to support the needs of patients and medical facilities within the District.
