The purpose of this Agreement is to maintain harmonious and mutually beneficial relationships between the Blue Water Bridge Authority and the Employees Association to set forth certain terms and conditions of employment relating to remuneration and employee benefits affecting employees covered by this agreement and will be used in conjunction with the Human Resource Policy and Procedure Manual.
