This Bill Payment Services Agreement and disclosure describes your rights and obligations as a user of the Bill Payment Services. It also describes the rights and obligations of My Personal Credit Union ("MPCU"). By requesting and using the Bill Payment Service, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of both this Agreement and also the Online Banking Agreement.
