The general purpose of this agreement is to maintain an orderly collective bargaining relationship between Comstock Canada Ltd. and its employees represented under this agreement by the Union for the purpose of setting up the terms and conditions of employment for employees who are within the scope of certification held by the union (the “Certificate). The parties agree to work together to achieve a climate of mutual respect and conduct their employment relations in good faith and in a fair and reasonable manner, consistent with the Employer’s core business of construction.
