This Agreement, made and entered into this 22nd day of November, 2017 by and between the United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union, ‘United Steelworkers’, on behalf of it’s Union Local 13571, hereinafter referred to as the “Union” and Flextile Ltd., Toronto, Ontario, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, and applies to any new location where the Company operates within a (60) km radius.
