The City owns the water distribution lines used to provide water services to the City’s customers. The City and Contractor wish to enter into this Agreement to retain the Contractor, on an as needed basis, to make routine or emergency repairs to portions of the City’s water distribution system, to provide grading of roadway ditches and to provide general citywide backhoe services.
