The Scottish Government (SG) has set 15 National Outcomes. The National Outcomes are high level, but set the scene for developing the Outcome Agreements. To help specify/break down the National Outcomes, Councils can propose local outcomes. These local outcomes can be used to highlight important areas, specific to the individual Council writing the SOA.
