This Development Agreement Establishing Development Standards for the St. Joseph Catholic Church Development (the "Agreement") is made and entered into, effective as of the day of , 20 , by and between the City of Manor, Texas, a Texas home rule municipal corporation (the "City"), and Most Reverend Joe S. Vásquez, Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Austin, and his successors in office, for the benefit of St. Joseph Catholic Church – Manor, Texas, a Texas non-profit corporation (the “Developer”).
