The New Holland-Middletown Elementary School District No. 88 recognizes the New Holland- Middletown Elementary Teachers’ Association-IEA/NEA as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all regularly employed certified teaching employees of the district except the principals, superintendent, substitutes, temporary employees and other personnel excluded from collective bargaining under the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act. The Board agrees not to negotiate with any other organization with regard to such employees for the duration of the agreement.
