THIS AUTOMATIC AID AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this date day of 2024 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Winters, a municipal corporation of the State of California ("CITY"), and the Vacaville Fire Protection District, a fire protection district existing under the laws of the State of California (“VACAVILLE FPD"). CITY and VACAVILLE FPD are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties” in this Agreement.
