This Collective Bargaining Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the CBA, is made and entered into on July 1, 2023 by and between FREEMAN AV, hereinafter known as the Employer and Local 16 of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Moving Picture Technicians, Artists and Allied Crafts of the United States, Its Territories and Canada, counties of Marin, Lake/Mendocino, Sonoma, Napa, San Mateo, Palo Alto/Stanford University and the City and County of San Francisco, located at 240 Second Street, San Francisco, California, hereinafter known as Local 16.
