This JUNIOR GRIZZLIES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of , 2018 (the “Effective Date) by and between MEMPHIS BASKETBALL LLC (the “Company”) and Lakeland Parks & Recreation (the “Junior League”). The Company and the Junior League are hereinafter referred to as “Party”, or, collectively, as the “Parties”.
