This JUNIOR GRIZZLIES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of , 2018 (the “Effective Date) by and between MEMPHIS BASKETBALL LLC (the “Company”) and Lakeland Parks & Recreation (the “Junior League”).
