This collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) was collaboratively developed by Envision Education and Envision United over the course of a values driven and collaborative 3 month sprint in the winter of March 2023. During this time, we centered Envision’s core values of team, high expectations, equity, learning and persistence, while also developing our bargaining values of: Collectivism, Learning, Collaboration, Curiosity, Open Mindedness, Understanding, Problem Solving, Energy, and Transparency.

This Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) was collaboratively developed by Envision Education and Envision United CTA/NEA . The overall CBA and each article are aligned to the mission and core values of Envision Education, provide Envision United members protections and voice in decision making, and maintain organizational flexibility in order to continue to deliver on our mission and the promise of charter schools.
