THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (“this Agreement”) is made and entered into on the last day executed by a party, as indicated on the signature pages below, by and between the City of Jefferson, Missouri, a municipal corporation of the State of Missouri (“City”) and Jefferson City Public Schools (“School District”). The City and School District may hereinafter be collectively referred to as the Parties and individually as a Party.
