DIR’s Technology Center Operations Division has responsibility for the data center services program, including oversight of the Agreement. The division works with DIR Customers and DCS Service Providers to facilitate the delivery of and payment for the Services. The division includes approximately 34 staff that are divided among three sections. The Transformation section oversees the transformation program and includes Transformation Representatives assigned to support multiple DIR Customers through the transformation process. The Transformation Manager is the Chair of the Transformation Solution Group. The Data Center Services section focuses on day-to-day operations and includes Service Representatives assigned to help multiple DIR Customers communicate their needs and address their issues.
