DIR’s Technology Center Operations Division has responsibility for the data center services program, including oversight of the Agreement. The division works with DIR Customers and DCS Service Providers to facilitate the delivery of and payment for the Services. The division includes approximately 34 staff that are divided among three sections. The Transformation section oversees the transformation program and includes Transformation Representatives assigned to support multiple DIR Customers through the transformation process. The Transformation Manager is the Chair of the Transformation Solution Group. The Data Center Services section focuses on day-to-day operations and includes Service Representatives assigned to help multiple DIR Customers communicate their needs and address their issues. The Data Center Services Manager is the co-chair of the Service Delivery Solution Group, the Chief Technical Architect is the co-chair of the Technology Solution Group, and the lead Project Specia

DIR has adopted the ITIL framework for service management. As part of this framework, each Incident and Problem will be assessed in terms of its Impact upon the business of DIR and DIR Customers and the Urgency with which DIR and DIR Customers require the Incident or Problem to be Resolved or a work around to be implemented. The Incident or Problem shall be assigned a Severity Level based on this assessment. This Section sets forth qualitative descriptions of Severity Levels associated with the Services.
