Before the District adopts a policy, the subject of which is within the specified terms and conditions of employment of unit members as set forth in Educational Employment Relations Act, Government Code Section 3543.2, the District shall notify the Association in writing, by either posted Board agenda or delivered memorandum to the Association, that the District is considering such a policy change.
