AGREEMENT made this 20th day of April, 2017, by and between the Village of Windsor, a Wisconsin municipal corporation (“Windsor”), PC Farm Holdings II, LLC (“PC Farms”), a Wisconsin limited liability company, and Bear Tree Farms, Inc. (“Developer” or “BT Farms”), a Wisconsin corporation (collectively, the “Parties”) and shall be effective upon the date executed by all parties.
