Henrietta Rd., Rochester, New York, hereinafter called the "College" and the Civil Service Employees Association, Inc., Local 1000, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, Monroe Community College Employees Unit 7402, Local 828, hereinafter referred to as the "Union."
