The Company recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining agent for all its hourly rated employees, as certified by the Ontario Labour Relations Board, for the purpose of collective bargaining and ne- gotiations with reference to rates of pay, hours of work, and working conditions within the terms of the agreement, which may exist, or may arise during the life of this agreement.
