Canaccord Genuity Corp. ("Canaccord" or the "Agent"), understands that Nepra Foods Inc. (the "Corporation") proposes to issue up to 13,829,787 common shares in the capital of the Corporation (the "Common Shares") at a price of $0.47 per Common Share (the "Offering Price"), pursuant to the Final Prospectus (as defined below), for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $6,500,000 (the "Offering").
