NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the efforts and services of the Renter, the mutual obligations herein contained, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged by the parties, the Association hereby grants Renter the exclusive right to access and make personal use of the Clubhouse, together with its standard installed fixtures and furnishings, on the dates and times listed below upon the terms and conditions stated herein, and the Association hereby acknowledges, understands, and agrees as follows:
