This Agreement is made and entered into in accordance with the provisions of Title 2, of the Railway Labor Act, as amended, by and between Southwest Airlines Co., hereinafter known as the “Company” and the Mechanics in the service of Southwest Airlines Co., as represented by The Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association, hereinafter known as the “Union” (collectively, “the Parties”).
