The following constitutes the agreement between the ICA/ACA and ACTRA for the renewal of the National Commercial Agreement. The agreement is subject to ratification by both parties and is subject to final editing. The revised terms and conditions of the Agreement become effective upon ratification. The respective bargaining committees agree to unanimously recommend ratification and to seek ratification as quickly as practicable.
