To qualify for participation in the 2016 TNMP High-Performance Homes Program (the “Agreement”) is made by and between (“Rater”) and ICF Resources, L.L.C. (“ICF”). ICF is the Program Administrator (“Program Administrator”) of TNMP’s 2016 High- Performance Homes Market Transformation Program (“Program”). The Agreement is effective on the date the last party executes this Agreement.
