To facilitate the orderly adjustment of all grievances, disputes, and/or differences that may arise between the Parties hereto and/or the mem- bers of each and to prevent all strikes and Lockouts. To record the provisions respecting the agreed conditions of employment, and the privileges and duties of the employ- ers, the Association, the Union and employees. To prevent waste, avoidable delays and unnecessary expense, so that the cost to the Client may be as low as possible consis- tent with the fair wages and working conditions set forth herein.
