Depositor’s Agreement / Einlagevereinbarung The present Application also constitutes an Agreement under which the Depositor and TBI Bank EAD (hereinafter referred to as “parties”) agreed to the following: 1.1. Based on this Agreement the Bank will open an individual deposit account for the client after the deposited amount is transferred from depositor`s account at Raisin-Bank AG, which is specially opened for the purposes of this Agreement. 1.2. The Depositor provides all the necessary data and documents, as described in the description of the deposit product and the General Terms and Conditions of the Bank, which are a part of this Agreement. Amendments of the applied documents are in effect in relation to the Bank only after it was notified in writing about them by an authorized person. II. ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS.
