This Agreement is made in consideration of the Università degli Studi di Napoli “L'Orientale” depositing and storing the electronic version of the Work on the University's institutional repository, OPAR L'Orientale Open Archive. This Agreement sets out the terms on which the Depositor grants the University the right to deposit and store the Work on the University's repository OPAR and to make this Work available to the general public.

Depositor’s Agreement / Einlagevereinbarung The present Application also constitutes an Agreement under which the Depositor and TBI Bank EAD (hereinafter referred to as “parties”) agreed to the following: 1.1. Based on this Agreement the Bank will open an individual deposit account for the client after the deposited amount is transferred from depositor`s account at Raisin-Bank AG, which is specially opened for the purposes of this Agreement. 1.2. The Depositor provides all the necessary data and documents, as described in the description of the deposit product and the General Terms and Conditions of the Bank, which are a part of this Agreement.
