Unless otherwise defined herein, the terms defined in the Bazaarvoice, Inc. 2012 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Plan”) will have the same defined meanings in this Stock Option Award Agreement (the “Award Agreement”) and the Additional Terms and Conditions for Options Received by Employees Who are Residents of France (the “French Addendum”). To the extent that any term is defined in both the Plan and the French Addendum, for purposes of this Award Agreement, the definitions in the French Addendum shall prevail. In the event of any inconsistency between the Plan, this Award Agreement and the French Addendum, the French Addendum shall prevail.
